Are you looking for a tradesperson to undertake works at your property?
We can assist you with contact details from our Contractors' List.
To be accepted onto our Contractors' List, tradespeople have to provide references in addition to supplying us with a copy of their professional indemnity insurance and be in agreement with our policies on Health & Safety and Equalities & Diversity. All contractors are asked to abide by our Contractor Code of Conduct.
These tradespeople are not employed by Care & Repair East Lothian so we cannot accept liability for work agreed between you and a tradesperson.
We would suggest that you get at least two estimates for the works in advance. We would advise that you never pay the full amount upfront for any work - some contractors may ask for a small deposit beforehand if the works are for a larger cost.
